Peter Tilley
Managing Partner, Chartered Accountant (Fellow), Registered ASIC Auditor, Registered Tax Agent
Peter started with the firm in May 1997 and has been the Managing Partner since that date. He has a large client base in the primary production, retail, medical, accommodation, engineering, building, service and government sectors.
His vast experience in all aspects of accounting including taxation, estates, superannuation including SMSF’s, Centrelink , financial analysis and planning has been developed over this time. He is also the auditor for a wide range of bodies including estate agent trust accounts, associations, not-for profit bodies and SMSF’s and is registered with ASIC as both a company auditor and a SMSF auditor.
He is involved within the community being a Rotarian, a director of a local Community Bank.
Michelle Bacon
Partner, Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent
Michelle joined the firm in December 2005 and became a Partner in July 2018, she holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting. She completed her Chartered Accountant post-graduate degree in December 2013. She has qualifications in SMSF personal advice and strategic management & risk and continues to develop her skills.
Her client base includes salary and wage earners, primary producers, retail businesses, accomodation providers along with many other small businesses. She also manages the SMSF area.
Michelle and her husband own and operate a local dairy farm, which gives an additional benefit for our primary production clients. She is also involved within the community taking on treasurer and/or committee roles for local non profit organisations.
Juliet Brown
Office Administration
After completing her Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Juliet has been working in Office Administration for the past 18 years, three of those in South Gippsland after relocating from the Mornington Peninsula.
Naomi Dunne
Bookkeeper
Naomi has 23 years’ experience in the accounting and bookkeeping sector working both in accounting firms and large privately owned corporations in the Australia, UK and New Zealand. She came home to South Gippsland in 2013 and assists many clients regularly with their needs. She also has a sound knowledge of accounting programs.
Sandy Prain
Bookkeeper
Sandy completed her Certificate 3 Financial Services – Accounts Clerical and commenced working for Duesburys Gippsland in 2009. She is also the bookkeeper in her husband’s building company, looking after all aspects including payroll and debtor management.
She has a vast knowledge on accounting packages and is regularly called upon by clients to assist with their BAS/IAS needs.
Bill Oliver

Bill joined our firm in January 2023.
